GO-tasks Sveltekit Conversion + Move to Linux Mint 21.1

Using an open-source template, I combined Wails v2 along with Sveltekit to update my base GO-tasks app.
Alongside this, I updated from Debian to Linux Mint 21.1 and haven't looked back! The experience is so much more rounded and refined!
